Q: How are delivery fees calculated?
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our fulfilment centre in Magill to the customer’s delivery address. The total weight of the products in your order will also affect the final shipping cost.
Q: Is local delivery available?
Yes! We offer local delivery from our Magill fulfilment centre.
- Within 5km – $5 delivery fee (minimum order $25)
- Within 12km – $10 delivery fee (minimum order $40)
Local delivery is a great option for customers nearby who want a faster and more affordable delivery.
Q: What are the approximate shipping fees?
Shipping costs may vary slightly depending on weight and location, but as a guide:
- Adelaide Metro (under 5kg): approximately $16
- Adelaide Metro (over 5kg): approximately $20 – $22
- Regional South Australia & Interstate: approximately $29
Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
